Q1: What machine do you have?
At Changzhou Onestopflag Co., Ltd., we use Mimaki printing machines for all our printing needs. We also have a large Mimaki machine that can print up to 200cm in width.
Q2: What fabric is normally used for flags?
Our most popular fabric for flags is Knitted polyester 115g. This fabric is widely used in Europe and North America. In addition, we offer other fabric options such as Spun polyester 160g, mesh fabric 120g, and display fabric 230g.
Q3: What size of flags can you print?
With our 2.5m wide machine, we can print flags up to a maximum width of 200cm. We offer standard flag sizes including 60x90cm, 100x150cm, 120x130cm, 150x400cm, and 200x300cm. We also print beachflags in various sizes.
Q4: What kind of artwork do you need?
We require the artwork file in PDF, CDR, or AI format. Please ensure that all fonts are converted to curves. If you have a JPG file, it is preferable to have a resolution of 300dpi at a 1:1 size. Additionally, please keep a 5cm distance from the printing area to each edge, and note that the thinnest line we can print is 1mm.
Q5: What is the delivery time?
For quantities of 1-10pcs, the standard delivery time is approximately 2-3 days. If the quantity is between 100-500pcs, the standard delivery time is around 7 working days.

For small and urgent orders, we typically use UPS or DHL as the forwarder. For hardware products like beachflag poles, we ship them by sea. Customers usually place separate orders for poles by sea and printings from us, which are shipped by UPS or DHL.
