Q1: What machine do you have?
Our printing machines are all Mimakis. In addition, we have a large Mimaki machine that can print up to 200cm in width.
Q2: What fabric is normally used for flags?
The most commonly used fabric for flags is Knitted polyester 115g. This fabric is highly popular in Europe and North America. We also offer other fabric options such as Spun polyester 160g, mesh fabric 120g, and display fabric 230g, among others.
Q3: What sizes of flags can you print?
Our big machine has a width of 2.5m, allowing us to print flags up to 200cm in width. We offer standard flag sizes including 60x90cm, 100x150cm, 120x130cm, 150x400cm, and 200x300cm. Additionally, we can print flags of various sizes for beachflags.
Q4: What kind of artwork do you need?
We require the file in pdf, cdr, or ai format. Please ensure that all fonts are converted to curves. If you have a jpg file, it is preferable that the resolution is 300dpi when the size is 1:1. Please also leave a 5cm distance from the printing area to each edge. The thinnest line we can print is 1mm, so any lines smaller than 1mm cannot be printed.
Q5: What is the delivery time?
The standard delivery time for quantities ranging from 1 to 10pcs is approximately 2-3 days. For quantities of 100-500pcs, the standard delivery time is around 7 working days.

Q7: What forwarder do you normally use?
For small and urgent orders, we typically use UPS or DHL as the forwarder. For hardware products like beachflag poles, we ship them by SEA. Customers usually place separate orders for poles by SEA and printings from us, which are shipped by UPS or DHL.
