Changzhou Onestopflag Co., Ltd. offers high-quality printing machines for all your flag printing needs. Our machines are all Mimakis, including a large Mimaki machine capable of printing up to 200cm in width.
When it comes to fabric, we specialize in using Knitted polyester 115g, the most popular choice for flags in Europe and North America. Additionally, we offer other fabric options such as Spun polyester 160g, mesh fabric 120g, and display fabric 230g.
With our big machine's 2.5m width, we can print flags up to 200cm wide. Our standard flag sizes include 60x90cm, 100x150cm, 120x130cm, 150x400cm, and 200x300cm. We also print various sizes of beachflags.
To ensure smooth printing, we require artwork files in pdf, cdr, or ai format. Please make sure all fonts are converted to curves. If you have a jpg file, it should have a resolution of 300dpi when the size is 1:1. Keep in mind that the printing area should have a 5cm distance from each edge, and the thinnest printable line is 1mm.
Our standard delivery time is approximately 2-3 days for quantities ranging from 1-10pcs. For larger orders of 100-500pcs, the standard delivery time is about 7 working days.

When it comes to shipping, we use UPS or DHL for small and urgent orders. For hardware products like beachflag poles, we ship by SEA. Customers typically place separate orders for poles by SEA and printings from us, which are shipped by UPS or DHL.
